The Helios HQD 315/2 is a high-efficiency axial fan engineered for industrial use, featuring a square mounting plate with a built-in inlet cone for improved airflow dynamics. Its housing is made from galvanized sheet steel and finished with two layers of paint for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability.
Fitted with a profiled impeller made from high-performance polymer materials, the fan delivers aerodynamically optimized airflow. The impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure stable, vibration-free operation and is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
The unit is powered by a totally enclosed, 3‑phase squirrel cage motor that is maintenance-free and includes low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings. Speed control is achievable via voltage reduction, making the HQD 315/2 a reliable and adaptable solution for a variety of ventilation applications.
