The Helios HQD 250/6 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed for industrial ventilation, featuring a square mounting plate with an integrated inlet cone for optimized airflow. Constructed from galvanized sheet steel, the housing is finished with two protective coats of paint to ensure long-lasting performance.
Its 7‑blade impeller is crafted from impact-resistant polymer and is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards, delivering smooth and efficient operation. This model is suitable for environments with ambient temperatures between ‑30°C and +60°C.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, equipped with built-in thermal contacts for motor protection. The motor is maintenance-free and includes sealed-for-life, low-noise ball bearings. Speed control is possible through voltage reduction, making the HQD 250/6 a flexible and reliable option for various industrial air movement needs.
