The Helios HQD 250÷4÷2 is a high-performance axial fan featuring a square mounting plate with a built-in inlet cone, designed for efficient airflow in industrial settings. The housing is made from galvanized sheet steel and finished with two protective coats of paint for added durability.
This fan is equipped with a profiled blade impeller made from high-grade polymer materials, aerodynamically optimized for maximum efficiency. The impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure stable and smooth operation and is suitable for environments with ambient temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
Driving the unit is a totally enclosed, 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with Dahlander windings, providing 2‑speed functionality via pole switching. The motor is maintenance-free and includes low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings for quiet and reliable performance.
