The Helios HQD 250/4 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed with a square mounting plate and inlet cone for optimal airflow performance. It features a direct drive configuration and is constructed from galvanized sheet steel, finished with two protective coats of paint for enhanced durability.
The fan includes an aerodynamically optimized impeller with profiled blades made from high-performance polymer materials. This impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation and is suited for use in ambient temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
At its core is a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor equipped with built-in thermal contacts for motor protection. The motor is maintenance-free and features low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings. It is also speed controllable via voltage reduction, making the HQD 250/4 a versatile choice for various industrial ventilation needs.
