The Helios ESU 1 is a compact electronic speed controller designed for continuously variable speed adjustment of AC fans using the phase-angle control method. It features an adjustable minimum output voltage via a built-in potentiometer and includes an integrated on/off switch with an unregulated switching output. For added protection, the unit comes with a fine-wire fuse for overload safety. The controller is housed in a white plastic front with rotary knob and offers IP30 protection, suitable for installation in a standard 55 mm flush-mounted box.
