The Helios ELS-GUB is a flush-mounted casing designed for ELS fan units with integrated fire protection (class K90, 18017) suitable for installation in shafts, plasterboard systems, walls, or ceilings requiring fire safety compliance. This flat-design casing includes a maintenance-free fire protection shutter (K90) and a metal discharge spigot positioned at the top.
It features a stainless steel, maintenance-free airtight backdraught shutter and a fire protection shutter that automatically shuts off upon release of a fusible link, ensuring reliable fire safety.
The casing can be rotated 90° left or right to suit various installation needs. Electrical connections are simplified with a removable quick plug connector. A cardboard cover plate is included for protection during installation.
Constructed to meet fire protection standards, the casing measures 262 x 262 x 95 mm (W/H/D) and carries DIBt approval No. Z‑51.1 – 193, making it ideal for safe, compliant ventilation system setups.
