The Helios ELS‑D 100 is a two-step fire protection shut-off device designed for horizontal installation in ventilation systems. It serves to prevent the spread of fire through ductwork between building floors. The unit features a compact housing that includes an integrated ceiling duct made of galvanized sheet steel.
Both ends of the device are equipped with duct connection spigots in accordance with DIN 24145/24147 standards, ensuring secure and compatible integration. The ELS‑D 100 is also supplied with two bendable mounting clips for straightforward installation. It meets fire resistance classification K 90 under DIN 18017 and is officially approved under certificate number Z‑41.3 – 368, making it a reliable and compliant safety solution for building ventilation systems.
