The Helios EHR‑R 9/400 features closed tubular steel heating elements engineered to maintain a low surface temperature for safe and efficient heating. The heater is encased in a tubular casing with a plenum box made of durable aluzinc coated steel, ensuring robust protection and easy installation in standard ventilation pipe systems.
Safety is enhanced with two temperature limiters: an automatically resetting limiter that activates at 50 °C and a manually resettable limiter that trips at 100 °C. This combination provides reliable protection against overheating, making the EHR‑R 9/400 a dependable choice for air handling and duct heating applications.
