The Helios EHR‑R 6/315 is a closed tubular steel heating element designed for safe and efficient installation in standard duct systems. Housed in a durable casing with a plenum box made of aluzinc-coated steel, it offers robust corrosion resistance and long-term reliability in ventilation applications.
Engineered for low surface temperature operation, the unit is equipped with two integrated temperature limiters for safety: an automatically resetting limiter triggered at 50 °C and a manually resettable limiter that activates at 100 °C.
This heater provides a dependable solution for air heating in commercial and industrial ductwork, combining performance, safety, and structural integrity.
