The Helios EHR‑R 5/200 is a closed tubular steel heating element developed for integration into standard duct systems. It features a robust tubular casing with a plenum box made from aluzinc-coated steel, offering excellent durability and resistance to corrosion.
Designed for low surface temperature operation, the unit ensures safe use in ventilation environments. It includes an automatically resetting temperature limiter that activates at 50 °C, as well as a manually resettable limiter triggered at 100 °C, providing reliable protection against overheating.
The EHR‑R 5/200 is an ideal heating solution for commercial and industrial ductwork, combining safe operation with long-lasting performance.
