The Helios EHR‑R 5/160 is a closed tubular electric heater designed for installation in standard commercial duct systems. It features a stainless steel heating element that maintains a low surface temperature, ensuring safe operation in air handling applications.
The duct casing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel and includes an integrated terminal box for straightforward electrical connection. For enhanced safety, the unit is equipped with an automatically resetting temperature limiter set to trigger at 50 °C and a manually resettable limiter that activates at 120 °C.
