The Helios EHR‑R 2/200 is a closed tubular steel heating element designed for use in standard duct systems. It features a tubular casing with a durable plenum box made from aluzinc-coated steel, offering resistance to corrosion and ensuring long-term reliability.
Engineered with low surface temperature operation, the unit includes two safety mechanisms: an automatically resetting temperature limiter that activates at 50 °C, and a manually resettable limiter that triggers at 100 °C. These integrated protections ensure safe and stable operation within commercial or industrial ventilation systems.
