The Helios AMW 280/4 is a low-noise, wall-mounted axial fan specifically designed for quiet and efficient ventilation in commercial, light industrial, and utility settings. Built with a 280mm diameter galvanized steel housing, the fan is tailored for direct wall installation, delivering space-saving air movement where ducting may not be feasible.

Powered by a 4‑pole, 3‑phase direct-drive motor, the AMW 280/4 operates at lower speeds, making it ideal for noise-sensitive areas while maintaining effective airflow. The motor is maintenance-free, with sealed-for-life ball bearings, integrated thermal protection, and IP54 ingress protection, offering reliability even in challenging indoor environments.

Its 14-blade polymer impeller is aerodynamically optimized and dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3) standards, ensuring smooth, vibration-free operation. Additionally, voltage reduction-based speed control allows for precise airflow adjustment according to varying requirements.

Rated for air temperatures up to 40°C (controlled) or 60°C (uncontrolled), the AMW 280/4 is suitable for workshops, warehouses, production rooms, or storage facilities needing quiet, wall-mounted ventilation.
