Helios Fans AMD 400/4

The Helios AMD 400/4 is a robust and efficient axial fan designed for medium-pressure ventilation in industrial and commercial environments. Its 400mm diameter galvanized steel cylindrical housing, with DIN 24155 Part 3 compliant flanges, ensures secure and easy installation into standard duct systems.

This model features a 4‑pole, 3‑phase direct-drive motor, delivering lower rotational speeds for quieter operation while still providing strong, consistent airflow. The motor is maintenance-free, equipped with sealed-for-life ball bearings and built-in thermal contacts, and rated IP54 for dependable use in demanding applications.

The fan incorporates a 14-blade polymer impeller, precision-engineered and dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3), ensuring smooth, vibration-free performance. It supports speed control via voltage reduction, allowing for customizable airflow to meet system requirements.
