The Helios AMD 315/4 is a reliable medium-pressure axial fan designed for quiet and efficient ventilation in industrial and commercial ducted systems. Featuring a 315mm diameter galvanized steel cylindrical housing with flanges compliant with DIN 24155 Part 3, this fan is easily integrated into ductwork installations.
Equipped with a 4‑pole, direct-drive 3‑phase motor, the AMD 315/4 operates at lower speeds for reduced noise levels while maintaining effective airflow. The motor is maintenance-free, includes sealed-for-life ball bearings, built-in thermal contacts for protection, and is rated IP54 to ensure durability in demanding environments.
The fan features a 14-blade polymer impeller that is aerodynamically optimized and dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3), delivering smooth and vibration-free operation. It is speed-controllable via voltage reduction, providing flexible airflow control.
Suitable for air temperatures up to 40°C (controlled) or 60°C (uncontrolled), the AMD 315/4 is ideal for HVAC applications, workshops, commercial spaces, and other environments where quiet, reliable ventilation is essential.
