The Helios AMD 250/4 is a robust and efficient axial fan designed for ducted ventilation systems in industrial and commercial settings. It features a 250mm diameter galvanized steel cylindrical housing with flanges compliant with DIN 24155 Part 3, allowing easy and secure duct installation.
This model is powered by a 4‑pole, direct-drive 3‑phase motor, engineered for low-noise, medium-speed operation. The reduced RPM compared to 2‑pole motors makes it ideal for environments where quiet operation is essential while maintaining steady airflow. The motor is maintenance-free, with sealed-for-life ball bearings and IP54 protection, and includes integrated thermal contacts for safety and durability.
The fan includes a 14-blade aerodynamically optimized polymer impeller, dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3), ensuring smooth performance with minimal vibration. The unit is also speed-controllable via voltage reduction, giving you full control over airflow intensity.
Suitable for air temperatures up to 40°C (controlled) or 60°C (uncontrolled), the Helios AMD 250/4 is perfect for use in HVAC applications, equipment cooling, or extraction systems requiring quiet yet effective airflow.
