The Helios AMD 225/2 is a high-performance medium-pressure axial fan designed for efficient air movement in various industrial and commercial ventilation systems. Its robust construction includes a galvanized sheet steel cylindrical casing with flanges on both ends, conforming to DIN 24155 Part 3 standards, ensuring easy integration into ductwork systems.
Equipped with a 14-blade aerodynamically profiled polymer impeller, the fan delivers smooth airflow with minimal noise and vibration. The impeller is dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1, class 6.3, promoting low-vibration operation .
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, featuring built-in thermal contacts for protection, maintenance-free operation, and low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings. The motor is speed-controllable via voltage reduction, allowing flexibility in airflow management .
