The Elta 149-U-EK230E is a thermistor protection relay specifically designed to safeguard motors, particularly in SFB fan applications. This ATEX certified device continuously monitors the PTC thermistor embedded in the motor windings, offering reliable protection against overheating. It features a built-in reset button for convenience and is housed in an IP30 rated enclosure with IP20 terminal protection. For enhanced environmental protection, an optional IP54 enclosure (model 149-U-EK230E-HOUSING) is also available. Ideal for use in industrial settings requiring certified motor protection.
