The RUCK MPX 315 kitchen box fan is purpose-built for commercial kitchens and other environments requiring reliable removal of grease-laden exhaust air. Its sheet-steel housing doubles as a grease pan, offering strength, durability, and effective containment of contaminants during operation.
This model is equipped with a backward-curved centrifugal impeller designed to deliver efficient airflow with stable performance. The fan unit is mounted on a swing-out frame, enabling quick access for cleaning and maintenance — ideal for demanding professional ventilation systems.
An energy-efficient IE3 motor is installed completely outside the airstream, preventing grease and heat exposure while extending motor lifespan. The motor is frequency-controllable, allowing operators to fine-tune airflow to suit extraction requirements.
Engineered for continuous-duty performance, the MPX 315 can handle conveyed air temperatures up to 80°C, ensuring reliable and consistent operation in high-temperature commercial kitchen ventilation setups.
