Full Job Description:
You will work within a team focused on growing sales whilst offering the highest level of customer service and after sales care in a very competitive industry.
Your telephone manner and ability to communicate one to one will be of the highest quality. You must show the desire and ability to learn quickly. You must work well within the team, but equally show initiative to work unsupervised.
You must have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills to perform everyday tasks. You will engage in regular customer contact via the telephone, face to face and email you will also complete and update sales and purchasing sheets, and develop into creating your own quotes. You will also handle all the products in our range by aiding with our Trade Counter Sales and help run our E — Commerce Sales by packing and organising paperwork and dispatch of goods

The job offers:
Full time employment; hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. We currently don’t work weekends, however you may be required to work extra hours at busy times.
After an initial 3 month’s probation period you will be offered Private Health Insurance.
