What do we need from you? as much or as little information as you’ve got and you’d be surprised how little we need. An example of a Commercial Kitchen Canopy – Cook line, number and size of filters fitted in the canopy – duct length and number of bends, and that’s it. We’ll advise the duct size and fan size and confirm what the calculations are based on.
We can also take plans with or without the ventilation system already.
