How to select a Fan with No Information
Here is some advice on how to find obsolete fans, fans from no longer trading fan manufacturers, or fans from OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers):
- There are some names and codes from existing products which when searched via a search engine such as Google or Bing bring up limited results, if any.
- The first thing to remember is even if you can’t find anything 99.99% of the time we have something on file, even if a direct replacement isn’t available.
- Your product / Fan / unit could be 5 months old, 5 years old or over 50 years old, if it was ever sold into the UK we’ll have information on it.
- Some manufacturers no longer exist or they may be now known by a different name.
- The same with the product names / codes some still exist, some exist but under a different name and some are now obsolete but we can find a close match.
If you find the name you have isn’t listed below, or in fact no label exists at all, please contact us on 0161864177 or email info@nfan.co.uk as most of the time a photo is enough. Sometimes we might ask for dimensions, but 99.99% of the time we can offer something.
